Since health professionals are canceling all essential meetings and asking us to practice social distance, we are canceling all other Gateway events and services at our DFW campuses until further notice. With these closings and in order to ensure the safety and health of our staff, our offices and warehouse will have extremely limited staffing through October 31. This will cause delays in the shipment of any orders placed and updates will be posted here as additional decisions are made regarding office closings.
Additionally, shipping time for deliveries varies between 1-2 weeks and in some cases up to 3 weeks depending upon the distance of delivery from our warehouse. Unfortunately, during this season of COVID-19, UPS is not guaranteeing Express shipments (overnight, next day, 2-day, etc.).
