    1.1 I have questions! Can I speak to an actual person?

    Yes! Our Customer Service representatives are happy to assist you in any way possible. Please give us a call at 1.866.341.3646 Monday thru Friday from 8 am - 4 pm CST. 

    Ordering & Payment

    2.1 What are your hours of operation?

    Gateway Bookstore's online team is available Monday thru Friday 8 am to 4 pm CST. Some of our Gateway Church campuses have a bookstore that may be open on the weekends or for other special events. Hours of operation for campus stores may vary. Please see our store locations page or more details about our campuses. 

    2.2 How do I place an order?

    Ready to go shopping? Add one or more resources to your shopping cart. You can always view your shopping cart while shopping online and edit if necessary. The resources are reserved. You can complete the order by clicking on checkout. You will then see an overview of your order and enter your personal details for payment and receipt.

     

    Have you checked all data properly? Then choose the desired payment method and click on the green button with 'checkout'. Here you can make the payment in the desired manner. You will receive a confirmation of your order at the email address you provided.

    2.3 I have a discount code. How do I fill this in?

    Did you receive a discount code from us? Then you can fill this in during checkout. Type the discount code in the appropriate input field and click on 'apply discount code'. Some discount codes only work under certain conditions.

    Delivery & Shipping

    3.1 Has Covid-19 affected your delivery times?

    Unfortunately, yes. Like most of the world, we are experiencing delayed shipment times due to the pandemic. During this season of COVID-19, UPS has suspended its UPS Service Guarantee and is not guaranteeing Express shipments. USPS has also noted that its package delivery times will be extendeddue to the nationwide COVID-19 impact. This will also affect USPS Priority Mail and First-Class Package Services.

     

    Due to these and other circumstances beyond our control, shipping time for deliveries will vary between 1-2 weeks and in some cases up to 3 weeks depending upon the distance of delivery from our Texas warehouse. We appreciate your understanding of this process.

    3.2 To which countries do you ship?

    Gateway Bookstore ships worldwide! All standard orders to the continental United States will ship for free. Shipping charges will be assessed on all rush orders (overnight, 2-day, 3-day, etc.). Bulk discounts are also available! For all orders outside of the continental United States or for more information regarding bulk purchase discounts, please contact Customer Service due to shipping options/restrictions

    3.3 Do all of your resources ship for free?

    No. Shipping for standard orders offers a free shipping option for delivery to addresses inside the continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Any rush orders (overnight, 2-day, 3-day, etc.) will be assessed a shipping fee.
