    Product Submission

    Thank you for your interest in having your product carried in the Gateway Bookstores. Due to the volume of product submission requests and our limited storage space in our bookstores, we’ve found it necessary to implement the following guidelines to assist interested vendors.


    • We ask that all submissions come from active teachers in a Gateway ministry, or that a ministry of Gateway Church actively utilizes your material.

    • Please include any staff members who will be an advocate in marketing your product on-site, as well as your general marketing strategy.

    • It is preferred that books and music be published/distributed by a national vendor.

    • It is preferred that gift items be manufactured and sold by an incorporated company and have a printed UPC (Universal Product Code).


    In addition, all products must guarantee:

    • Complete order fulfillment upon receipt of purchase order. Gateway Bookstore does not accept backorders.

    • Replacement or refunds for defective items.

    • Full returns on overstocked items.



    Please Note

    • Product samples will not be returned.

    • Please allow up to 30 days for someone to contact you regarding your product.

    • If the subject matter is covered by existing or forthcoming Gateway Publishing products, we will defer to Gateway product.

    • Your name, phone number, and email address

    • References from other retailers who carry your product

    • Retail and cost pricing for each item submitted
